Already well established in the UK as the brains behind the Tesco clubcard data, the US incarnation of dunnhumby had its five year anniversary in October 2008. This piece of work started out as a long and slightly dull Word document which I thought would be more fun as a comic strip. The powers that be at dunnhumby agreed so I wrote the words and someone else did the illustrations. The result? See for yourself! (Sample PDF)
To coincide with the opening of their treetop walkway in May 2008, Kew Gardens needed to populate their existing website with 500 word summaries of more than 100 trees which live in the grounds. In a manic four weeks of writing, I completed more than 50,000 words on trees. And then promptly forgot it all. Luckily, it's all still on the website.
Through multi-media house Illumina Digital, I provide voice over for a programme they produce for Teachers.tv called 'Just for Governors'. Some links to examples of my dulcet tones are available here for your aural pleasure.
